Dr. Carole V. Bell is a Jamaican-born writer, researcher, and media and political communication scholar whose work focuses on social identity, public policy, and the politics of entertainment. An enthusiastic Tar Heel, Carole earned her Ph.D. in Political Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill.
