Florida counties are seeing a surge of food insecurity. In Miami-Dade County, it has increased from 11.8% to 15.9%. In Bradford County, it has jumped to 19.1%, and in Marion County, it's at 17.9%.
"I didn't appreciate the vote until I lost my rights as a felon. If they want to stop a bunch of Blacks and Latinos from voting, it must be important."
The magistrate made the decision even though the system meltdown might have prevented thousands of potential voters from participating in the upcoming elections.
